When is my billing date?

Your billing date, is the date you signed up. The first email that was sent out to you also contains your billing date.

How can I cancel services?

All Cancellation requests must receive a minimum of THREE business days before your anniversary billing date to avoid another charge. You cancel by emailing or through our website.

Who do I contact if I want to make changes?

For any ad changes or any questions, contact our Client Services Dept.

How do I find my ads?

You would need to go to Google.com and type in the search phrases that were provided to you in your secondary email.

How do I know if my account is active?

Your ads are live once the secondary email is sent to you. This usually takes at least 2-3 business days, but can happen in as little as 24 hours from signing up.

What is the “Action Required” in my secondary email?

The action required is to read over and accept our terms and conditions, which also goes over our cancellation policy.

How many phrases do I get?

You are provided one search phrase per city, any additional phrases will be an additional cost.

Can I put my account on hold?

Yes, the account can be on hold for up to 3 months. There is a monthly Fee of only $10.00 for every month you remain paused.

How do I use this at a listing presentation?

These days it can be hard to stand out among your competition in real estate. However, with our service, we can help you look like the local expert anyone would want to work with. Just imagine you go into a listing presentation, and a few other agents have already spoken to that potential client. They let that potential client know their work ethic, years in business, and the sites they have a presence on – what every agent basically has. Now let’s just say they are looking to sell a house in Chicago, Illinois. You have the phrase "Homes For Sale In Chicago". You walk in with confidence and have that potential client go to Google.com and make the search for your search term. You can let them know if they list with you, they will be in front of hundreds of people a month looking for exactly what they are providing. It can speak volume as everyone knows the power and value of google.

Why are my ads not showing?

Apex Ad Pro cannot guarantee the exact position of a client’s ad placement. There could be events that is out of our control and can temporarily hinder our capacity to secure Google placements.

This includes:

  • You have searched too many times, and google will begin to show new results based on what you’ve searched.
  • You are not clicking on any ads shown, Google will begin to think they are not displaying or showing relevant results. This happens only to your computer and/ or own unique IP Address.
  • You are searching from an area outside of your target market(s). When typing in your search phrases, they must be typed exactly as they were given to you in your secondary email. The ads are set up to target your specific geographical area whether its citywide, statewide, or nationwide. We offer different packages for coverage.
